What the app stores

BundleBeam stores your Shopify shop domain, installation state, selected product IDs and titles, offer rules, discount IDs and synchronization state. Shopify authentication sessions include access tokens and may include the signed-in staff member’s ID, name, email, locale and account permission flags.

How that data is used

These records authenticate access, save your offers, publish and reconcile Shopify discounts, and display eligible product-page tiers. The app requests product, discount and app-proxy access for these functions. It does not request customer or order access, collect payment details, or maintain buyer profiles.

Service providers

Shopify provides authentication, store APIs, checkout and discount execution. The staging server and its database run on Render. Requests can generate operational logs at these providers. BundleBeam does not include advertising trackers or an analytics pixel in its current code.

Uninstall and deletion

After an authenticated uninstall notification, the app deletes its stored sessions and marks the installation as removed. Draft offers remain until Shopify’s shop-redaction notification is processed; that notification deletes the shop, its offers, tiers and remaining sessions. Customer data requests are authenticated and acknowledged; there are no buyer records in the app’s database to return or delete. Provider logs and any operator-created backups require separate retention and deletion controls before commercial launch.
