How do I create an offer?
Open BundleBeam from Apps in Shopify admin. Choose products, enter a title and add percentage tiers, then save your draft. Preview the quantities and prices before publishing. After publication, add the BundleBeam quantity offer block to your product template in the theme editor and save.
Do different variants count together?
Yes. Variants of the same product combine toward that product’s quantity threshold. Different products qualify separately, even when they belong to the same offer. Subscription lines and gift cards do not count.
Why is my offer missing from the product page?
Confirm the offer is active, the product is selected, and the BundleBeam block is saved on the template that this product uses. Unpublished offers are hidden from shoppers. The theme editor can display a placeholder. Subscription selections disable the quantity buttons.
Why does the cart show a different discount?
Shopify selects the eligible benefit when other discounts compete. BundleBeam offers do not combine with other product, order or shipping discounts. Each product must reach its own threshold. Shopify rounds each discounted line, so a total can differ by a cent from an aggregate estimate.
How do I change or stop an offer?
Unpublish an active offer first, edit the draft, then publish it again. Delete is available for drafts. Refresh and change the quantity in any existing test cart to verify that its totals have recalculated.
What does an offer needing review mean?
Shopify’s response could not be confirmed. Use Check Shopify status on the offer. Keep the existing offer until its status is known; creating another copy could duplicate a discount. If the status stays uncertain, contact support with the offer ID and time of the action.
Will it work with my theme?
The product template must support app blocks. Add BundleBeam near the quantity selector, preview on desktop and mobile, and save only when you are satisfied. If selecting a tier cannot find your theme’s quantity field, the block shows instructions so shoppers can enter the quantity themselves. No theme code edits are required by BundleBeam.
How do I uninstall?
You can unpublish your offers first, then uninstall BundleBeam from Shopify admin’s Apps settings. Shopify removes app-managed discounts when the app is uninstalled. Remove any unused BundleBeam block in the theme editor. Data deletion is described on the Data & privacy page.
